Basically, there are 4 auctions per year, one every 3 months (March, June, September and December). It is the period necessary for the attachment action to settle, and, naturally, the bank has the right to auction the property that until then belonged to the holder of the financing. - Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, vans and trucks).
